This page explains what happens to your information when you visit this site, book a call, or send us an email. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

Visiting this site

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. There is no Meta pixel, no Google Analytics, and no advertising tracker of any kind on these pages.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they land on. It does not use cookies, it does not fingerprint your browser, and it does not build a profile of you or follow you to other websites. What we see is counts: which pages were visited, which site sent the visitor, and the rough country, browser and type of device. We do not see who you are.

Cloudflare also serves this site, so its servers process your IP address in order to deliver the page to you and to block attacks. That is a normal part of how any website reaches your browser. If Cloudflare ever needs to check that a visitor is a person and not an automated bot, it can set a short-lived security cookie to remember the answer. That cookie is not used for tracking or advertising.

Booking a call

The Book a call button sends you to Cal.com, which is a separate company that runs our scheduling. When you book, the form asks for:

• Your name, which is required
• Your email address, which is required
• Additional notes, which is optional
• Guests you want to add to the meeting, which is optional and takes their email addresses

Cal.com also detects your time zone so it can show you the right times, and it records the date and time you picked.

That booking is stored by Cal.com and a copy is sent to us by email. If you add a guest, their email address is used to send them the invitation. Cal.com handles that information under its own privacy policy, which you can read at cal.com/privacy.

The meeting itself runs on Cal Video. We do not record calls.

Emailing us

If you email [email protected], we receive whatever you choose to put in that email. It sits in our email account with Zoho, our email provider, the same way any email does.

What we do with it

We use what you give us to reply to you, hold the call, and follow up about working together. That is the whole list.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list because you booked a call.

Who else sees it

Only the companies we need to run the business:

• Cal.com, for scheduling and the video call
• Zoho, for email
• Google, where we keep shared files
• Notion, where we keep notes on the shops we talk to
• Cloudflare, for hosting this site and for the cookieless analytics described above

Each of them handles it under its own privacy terms. If we start using another service that holds your information, we add it to this list first.

Beyond that, the four of us, and anyone the law requires us to give it to, such as a court with a valid order. Nobody else.

If you become a client

We keep your numbers, your ad spend and your customer information confidential. We never share them with another shop, and we never publish them. If we ever want to use your business name publicly, we ask you first and we need your written, signed permission. If you say no, that is the end of it and nothing changes about how we work with you.

How long we keep it

If we talk and do not end up working together, we delete your booking and your messages within twelve months. If we do work together, we keep your records while we work together. After that we delete them within twelve months, except invoices, the signed agreement and other records tax law requires us to keep. Those we keep for five years after the end of the tax year they belong to, and then delete.

What you can ask us to do

Email [email protected] and you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will do it within thirty days and we will not ask you why. We may ask you to confirm the request really comes from you, so nobody can pull your information by pretending to be you. If you were a client, we still keep the records tax law requires, as described above.

Do Not Track

We do not track you across other websites, and we do not let anyone else do it through this site. Because there is no tracking to switch off, the site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not meant for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this page

If we change how any of this works, we update this page and change the date at the top.
